Windows Devices - Telehealth Guide
This guide will help you connect to your Zoom appointment on a Windows-enabled device.
- If you have joined the meeting too early you might be disconnected due to the session timing out. Please click on the link to restart your meeting
- When you see this, you are waiting for the provider to begin the appointment:
You will now be in the virtual waiting room. Your provider is currently with another patient and will be with you shortly:
You will be asked to use your internet audio to speak with your health care provider:
Please make sure you have a mic and camera connected to your PC or laptop so the provider can hear you and see you. If you do not, you can use a mobile device to conduct this visit.
If your provider says they can’t hear or see you, please make sure you are not muted or have video turned off. You will see the red microphone or red slash through the camera on the bottom left side of the screen if either are turned off:
