The mission of the American Transplant Foundation is to save lives by reducing the growing list of women, men, and children who are waiting for a transplant. They do this by maximizing living organ donation, which is the most effective way to fulfill our mission.
A service of the National Council on Aging, this government run site is specifically for seniors and disabled individuals with limited income and resources. No identifying information is required, simply input data about your ability to work, age, financial situation and location, and the website will list potential benefit programs ranging from heating and energy assistance to prescription savings programs and income supplements.

National Transplant Assistance Fund (NTAF)

A leader in fundraising assistance and support for transplant and catastrophic injury, NTAF helps transplant patients raise money for expenses not covered by insurance. They offer a one-time assistance grant of $1,000 after the patient and family have raised $10,000.
