Information Sharing
We have improved patient access to your electronic health information. You'll now see more information on MyUFHealth, including:
- Provider notes
- Telephone notes
- Immediately available test results.
Test Results
- Please note you will likely see your test results before your health care provider.
- Please allow time for your provider to read your results. Some results may be hard to understand without help from your provider.
- Once your provider has read the results, they will review with you and answer your questions. We require your provider to interpret and explain your results, rather than our nurses or care team members. Thank you for understanding.
