Description

Inside our bodies, a healthy heart looks almost the same. However, women’s hearts have slight anatomical differences that put them at risk for different heart-related issues. Heart disease is the No. 1 cause of death of women in the United States. It’s important to be aware of your risk factors. Our female-focused cardiologists are here to help you live your heart healthiest life possible.

Hear from Lynda Otalvaro-Orzoco, MD, FACC, from UF Health Cardiology at Springhill, during this live event. Attendees can ask questions, via the Zoom Q/A feature, during the live event. There will also be a short demonstration from Elizabeth Warren, A.D.N., R.N., RCIS, UF Health STEMI coordinator,  about how hands-only CPR or an AED could help save a life.

Registration is required to attend or to receive a copy of the recorded webinar.  Click here to register.

Can't attend the webinar live? If you miss the live session, webinars are recorded for you to view at your convenience. You will receive an email with a link to the recording once it's available.

Please note this event was previously scheduled for Aug. 2 at 11 a.m. If you were already scheduled to attend you do not need to register again.
