The UF Health Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine Institute will be providing Free Sports Physicals to all youth that will be participating in athletics for the 2015-2016 school year.
Visit the 2nd Floor of the UF Health Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine Institute on April 25, 2015 from 8am-12pm:
