Our mission is to lead you back to full health, function and quality of life behind a safe and effective treatment plan. To form this plan, we’ll engage our patients, their primary care providers and other specialists to figure out the best treatment strategies. At UF Health, pain medicine calls on care providers from Anesthesiology, Neurology and Psychiatry who specialize in both common pain complaints — acute lower back, leg, neck or arm pain — as well as more complex pain, such as neurological, psychiatric, and chronic pain that is not getting better despite previous treatment.
