UF Health Fitness and Wellness Center

We provide medical fitness programs with several benefits. Our programs offer:

  • Monthly or quarterly memberships
  • Safe, medically based exercises designed to improve strength and fitness
  • Expert supervision. Each exercise physiologist has earned their degree in exercise science and will guide you toward your goals
  • A bridge back to general wellness after completing a structured rehab program
  • Improved fitness for those with diabetes, cancer, osteoporosis, hypertension and other chronic diseases
  • Athletic training that is limited to six or fewer members per exercise physiologist
