Biography

My name is Romano DeMarco, MD, and I am a board-certified, fellowship-trained pediatric urologist, serving as an associate professor in the University of Florida Department of Urology. I also serve as the chief of pediatric urology.

I completed my residency in urology at Indiana University and my fellowship in pediatric urology at Vanderbilt University. Following my fellowship, I held faculty positions at Vanderbilt University and joint appointments at the University of Missouri-Kansas City and Kansas University, where I was the director of pediatric urology research at Children’s Mercy Hospital in Kansas City. Prior to joining the faculty at the University of Florida, I served as the first chief of pediatric urology at Sanford Children’s Hospital in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

As a physician, it is my goal to provide the best, up-to-date clinical care for all my patients.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my wife, gardening, cooking, hanging out with my pets, watching sports, and listening to and playing music.
