Renato Gonik, M.D.
Renato Gonik, MD, is board-certified in neurology and clinical neurophysiology and is an associate professor for the UF Department of Pediatrics. Dr. Gonik earned his medical degree at UGF/Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and was chief resident at the UFRJ Institute of Neurology. He was a fellow in pediatric neurology at Jackson-Memorial Hospital in Miami, and completed training in Clinical Neurophysiology at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston.
Dr. Gonik has worked in government, private, and academic settings, and directed the Clinical neurophysiology and Autonomic lab at Texas Tech University.
Dr. Gonik is a physician within the division of pediatric neurology for the UF Department of Pediatrics. Dr. Gonik is a member of the American Academy of Neurology and the American Autonomic Society.
