Patent Ductus Arteriosus Exclusion Technique Using Thoracic Endovascular Repair

A UF Health multidisciplinary team repaired a PDA in a 31-year-old man with heart failure symptoms. A left carotid-subclavian artery bypass and zone 2 deployment of TEVAR graft as an alternative to open repair was successfully performed when an occluder device failed due to the PDA’s large size.
