Melissa J Fitzgerald, M.D.

Dr. Fitzgerald grew up in nearby Belleview, FL. She went on to attend both college and medical school at the University of Florida. She then moved with her husband to complete her residency at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill and stayed on as Chief Resident for an additional year. Afterward, she returned to Gainesville with her husband and daughter. She enjoys cooking, spending time with family and cheering on the Gators!
