Jasmin Tanaja, M.D.
Dr. Jasmin Tanaja, M.D, is board-certified in emergency medicine. Dr. Tanaja completed her medical degree at Poznan University of Medical Sciences in Poznan, Poland, and she served her residency at Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia.
Prior to joining University of Florida Health, Dr. Tanaja served on the Emory Medicine Wellness Committee, and she was an editor for the Emory Emergency Medicine Foundations Curriculum. Dr. Tanaja is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Advanced Trauma Life Support and Pediatric Advanced Life Support and is a member of the Emergency Medicine Residents Association and the American College of Emergency Physicians.
Dr. Tanaja has been involved in research as a junior and undergraduate researcher at the University of California, Irvine, School of Medicine in the department of pediatrics, Emergency Ultrasound Research Opportunities (EURO) and the LaFerla Molecular Neuropathology Laboratory. She was also the recipient of the Global Health Scholarship granted by Gold Coast University Hospital in Australia in October 2016.
