Breast cancer affects one in eight women. Are you one? Will you be next? Is someone you love at risk? What can you do to avoid being another statistic? UF Health Women’s Advantage is hosting the annual Breast Symposium to help you find answers to these questions and more. There will be a free dinner provided at this event.
Find out how mammography and surveillance of high-risk women can catch breast cancer early. Hear about breast cancer’s genetic link. Learn how breast-conserving surgeries and oncoplastic techniques are helping women keep their breasts intact after cancer. Discover how clinical trials are changing the way breast cancer is treated and cured.
