The UF-UF Health Wellness Committee, along with GatorCare, brings you resources to stress less and thrive more this April, Maym and June. To kick things off, join our Thrive for 5 Challenge, which takes place the entire month of April! Participate in a stress-reducing, thrive-inducing activity for at least five minutes a day, five days a week, for five weeks.
