Description

UF HealthStreet is hosting FREE dance classes for the community.

Learn a variety of dance styles, including: hip-hop, jazz, beginner ballet, contemporary, and more. The dance classes focus on self-esteem, stress management, body-awareness, weight management, and creativity.

Open for adults only.

This class is appropriate for adults without health conditions. We offer dance classes for other populations, including children, seniors, and adult women. Call UF HealthStreet at 352-294-4880 for more information.
