Eric A Marquez Guerra, M.D.

Eric Marquez Guerra, MD, specializes in obstetrics and gynecology at the UF Health Women’s Center – Lake City. He is a clinical preceptor for obstetrics and gynecology in the UF College of Medicine’s department of family medicine.

Dr. Marquez Guerra began his medical education at the Universidad Iberoamericana in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. He later moved to complete his transitional year residency and obstetrics and gynecology residency at Hospital Episcopal San Lucas in Ponce, Puerto Rico.

Most recently, Dr. Marquez Guerra practiced at Shands Lake Shore Regional Medical Center, where he served as chair of obstetrics and gynecology and pediatrics.

Dr. Marquez Guerra’s clinical interests include gynecologic endocrinology and infertility, gynecologic surgery and minimally invasive surgery, high-risk obstetrics and women’s primary and preventive care.
